LIFESTYLE | Self Care Morning Routine | Working 9-5 | Productivity & Positive Mindset
Welcome to My Morning Routine!
During the last year I wanted to create new healthy habits for myself. I started waking up at 6:30 and created the PERFECT morning routine for self care, productivity and a positive mindset to keep me motivated. Side Note: I work a 9-5 so it’s hard for me to find time to do the things I love. Here’s my morning routine.
MORNING ROUTINE
6:30 alarm
Go to the restroom
Make up my bed
Walk my puppy bear and Positive Affirmations for 20 minutes
Eucalyptus shower & brush teeth
Simple self care skincare routine (rosewater toner, smooth texture cream, spf)
Get ready quickly
Make coffee and open blinds
Put in work for myself! I spend a couple of hours writing, editing, photos, finding business opportunities, developing and so much more. This makes me feel SO accomplished everyday.
Work my 9-5
