LIFESTYLE | Vision Board & Goal Settings
Hey Guys!
Every year in December I start goal planning for the next year. The last few years I added a vision board and simple mantra to my goal planning tradition. This keeps me motivated and focused on my goals through the year. I’ve created a digital template and wanted to share this with you! Click below for free template.

SIMPLE VISION BOARD & GOAL PLANNING GUIDE
I’ve broken up the digital vision board into 6 sections below and here’s why:
MANTRA
Pick a short simple mantra to help set a theme for the year. It helps to repeat a simple mantra out loud to stay focus and remind yourself of your goals. Example: a couple of years ago I picked “get comfortable being uncomfortable”. That year I tried out so many new things and created this blog :).
DIGITAL VISION BOARD
I typically figure out my personal, professional, financial and big dreams goals first before I do this. Once I complete those goal list I add inspirational photos onto 1 slide. I usually use photos from pinterest, instagram and brand websites.
bare tip: you can use this image as a desktop or phone background to keep you motivated.
PERSONAL GOALS
I keep it simple I pick 3 categories in my personal life and set 3 goals for each category. Example:
HEALTH: 1) Self care once a week 2) Eat healthy 3) Workout twice a week
PROFESSIONAL GOALS
Same here I keep it simple and pick 3 professional goals. Example: Salary increase, learn a skill etc.
FINANCIAL GOALS
Personally think it’s important to have financial goals. I know it’s a painful topic but it’s also the leading cause of stress. You just have to start somewhere whether it’s saving an emergency fund, paying down student loans or credit card debt. Financial freedom can buy you time to do the things you love:)
BIG DREAMS
GO CRAZY HERE! List out and put images of your wildest dreams. For me this sections stays the same every year until I hit these major goals then I can cross it off. I know things take time and it’ll happen one day.
Welp, I hope this helps inspire you to plan and create A vision board for 2021. May all your goals be achieved!!!!
