TRAVEL DIARY | Big Bear
Hey Guys!
This weekend I took a quick get away trip to Big Bear and BOY was it NICE! The last couple days I’ve been having major brain fog. My professional job sometimes can be super busy and overwhelming but that’s the life of a Product Manager. The life I love to live.
One of the best things I’ve learn to do is to just stop and take a moment to breathe. I encourage you to do the same! Listen to your body, your brain and give it some rest. Find what brings YOU peace.
This is why I promote self-care so hard, it’s not because I want you to be selfish its because I know “THE BEST YOU” will flow through other aspects of your life like being a better mother, wife, daughter, friend, entrepreneur or co-worker. SO TAKE CARE OF HER!
Here’s were some nice slow ideas to help you with your winter reset!
Fresh Snow Air - there’s nothing like a new environment to help you reset your brain and body.
Slow Dog Walks - this was one of my favorite things to do! Seeing my puppy play in the snow for the first time was so peaceful.
Cooking & Eating - I didn’t do any of the cooking but I did a lot of the eating. My happy place!
Photo Shoots - hahah this one is funny. I blog, my fam understands.I I’m the luckiest person in the world to have a family that helps and support me with my passion.
TV & Chill - honestly we watched a lot of TV and chilled.
P.S Not gonna lie this was a really slow, low-key chill trip.
